Raw Material Sorting Process

At our company, raw material sorting is a fundamental part of our Quality Control system to ensure that only high-quality agricultural products are selected for export. We implement a strict, systematic, and well-documented sorting process to maintain consistency, safety, and compliance with international standards and buyer specifications.

1. Receiving and Initial Inspection

We begin the process by conducting a thorough inspection of all incoming raw materials from our farmers and suppliers. Our Quality Control team evaluates freshness, cleanliness, maturity level, and overall condition to ensure the materials meet our predefined quality standards.

2. Pre-Sorting

During the pre-sorting stage, we immediately separate materials that do not meet our basic requirements, including:

  • Damaged or rotten products

  • Physically defective items

  • Contaminated materials (dirt, pests, or foreign objects)

  • Products that do not comply with size or quality specifications

This step helps us prevent contamination and maintain the integrity of each batch from the very beginning.

3. Detailed Sorting Based on Quality Criteria

Our trained Quality Control personnel carefully sort raw materials based on key quality parameters, such as:

  • Size and uniformity

  • Color and visual appearance

  • Maturity level

  • Texture and freshness

  • Cleanliness and product safety

Depending on the product type, we perform sorting manually and/or with the support of sorting tables and conveyor systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

4. Grading and Classification

After detailed sorting, we classify the products into different quality grades to match market and customer requirements:

  • Export Grade (Premium Quality)

  • Standard Grade

  • Reject / Non-Export Grade

This grading process ensures that only products that meet export standards proceed to the next stage.

5. Final Quality Control Check

Before processing and packaging, our QC team conducts a final inspection to ensure:

  • Batch consistency

  • Compliance with export and customer specifications

  • Elimination of any remaining defects

This final verification guarantees that our products meet international quality and safety expectations.

Moisture Content Testing

We conduct moisture testing to preserve product quality, prevent mold and spoilage, and ensure consistency across every export batch.

1. Testing Methods We Used

  • Oven (Gravimetric) Method: For accurate and standardized moisture determination

  • Digital Moisture Analyzer: For fast and reliable routine testing

  • Standardized Procedures: Aligned with recognized export and customer quality requirements

2. Our Testing Procedure

  • Representative Sampling
We collect samples from each production batch following strict QC sampling protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Initial Weighing
Each sample is carefully weighed to record its initial weight before testing.

  • Drying and Analysis

    • Using the oven method, samples are dried at controlled temperatures (typically 105°C) until a constant weight is reached.

    • For rapid analysis, we use calibrated digital moisture analyzers.

  • Final Weighing
After the drying process, the samples are weighed again to determine the final dry weight.

  • Moisture Calculation
We calculate moisture content based on the weight difference before and after drying to ensure precise measurement.

  • Recording and Verification
All test results are documented in our Quality Control system and verified against our internal standards and client requirements.

Pre-Stuffing Container Inspection

As an agricultural export company, we implement a strict Pre-Stuffing Container Inspection as part of our Quality Control system to ensure that every shipment meets international quality, safety, and export standards before loading.

1. Container Condition Inspection

Before the stuffing process, our QC team conducts a thorough inspection of the container to ensure:

  • The container is clean, dry, and odor-free

  • No leaks, rust, or structural damage are present

  • Floors, walls, and doors are in good condition

  • Proper ventilation and temperature settings (for reefer containers)

We only use containers that pass our cleanliness and safety standards to maintain product integrity during transit.

2. Product Verification Prior to Loading

We verify that all products:

  • Match the buyer’s specifications and export documents

  • Meet the required quality, grade, and size standards

  • Are in good physical condition, fresh, and contamination-free

  • Have full traceability through batch codes and production dates

This step ensures consistency and reliability in every shipment.

3. Packaging and Label Inspection

To maintain product protection and compliance, we ensure:

  • Packaging is strong, clean, and food-grade

  • Packaging is suitable for long-distance export logistics

  • Labels are clear and accurate (product name, net weight, origin, batch code)

  • No damaged, leaking, or defective packaging is used

4. Hygiene & Food Safety Control

We maintain high sanitation standards in accordance with international food safety practices aligned with guidelines from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 22000) and HACCP principles.
Our stuffing area is kept hygienic, pest-free, and uses clean export-grade pallets to ensure food safety compliance.

5. Loading Arrangement & Stuffing Method

Our operations team arranges cargo systematically to:

  • Prevent damage during transportation

  • Maintain proper air circulation for agricultural products

  • Control humidity using desiccants or dunnage

  • Optimize container space without compromising product quality
